I love getting organic veggies and meats delivered to my door!
Warmed garlic scraps and an onion in a pan with olive oil. I only had 2 ears of corn-not enough for a family of 4 so i cut the corn off the ear. Added it to the onion mix. Then added the cut chicken bits, cook until done. I added a bit of basil and sage from my garden just before chick was done.
My kitchen fridge Caprisi salad. Well everything I make is based on what I find in the fridge/pantry that night.
Grape tomatoes quartered. Zucchini quartered and sliced. Carrots cleaned, quartered and sliced. 5 large (super duper large) basil leaves julienned. Top with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Just before serving mix in two large spoonfuls of ricotta cheese.
