Chocolate Kissed Peanut Butter Cookies

1/2 cup (3.5 oz) white (organic) sugar
1/2 cup (3.5 oz) packed brown sugar
1 cup (5 oz) creamy natural peanut butter
1/2 cup (4 oz) butter softened
1 1/2 cup (8.75 oz) Ella Bella Gluten Free all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Bag of Guittard Milk Chocolate (or your favorite milk chocolate)
Additional sugar (about 2 tablespoons)


  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In large bowl, add white sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, butter blend with paddle attachment in mixer on medium speed. Add in flour, baking soda and baking powder. Add eggs and mix until combined.
  • Shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll in additional granulated sugar. Place about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are light brown. Immediately press 3 chocolate chips in center of each cookie. Move to a cooling rack, rest for 10 min. Enjoy!
