Half of a cucumber chopped (seeds removed before chopping).
Can of crab (I get mine from Trader Joe’s)
handful of feta cheese
2-3 tablespoons of mayo
Splash of Apple Cider Vinager
Herbs from the garden. I grabbed chives and a chive flower
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix everything together and enjoy.
Chop tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil. Mix altogether. Sprinkle with salt and oil. Enjoy.
This was a quick lunch with some fresh carrot, on a one hour drive south. Don’t worry, I wasn’t driving and trying to eat.
Crab flavored with Old Bay, greek yogurt and fresh rosemary and sage. Served in a cucumber log.
