I got your flour on a whim and desperation to find the perfect flour to make my mothers crepes. Since I had to go gluten free I hadn’t been able to find a flour that kept her recipe like it was as a kid. Your flour gave that all back to me, thanks so much you don’t know what it means to me. And all the other from scratch recipes I had given up are now coming back to our table. Also, your pre-measured brownies are to die for. I am so happy 🙂

I’ve been using the AP blend in anything and everything in my kitchen for a few months and have found no recipe yet that I can’t make a simple 1 to 1 sub. It is a rich and flavorful substitution that cooks and bakes up wonderfully, making a transition to GF that much easier in my household!
