Chocolate-Chip Cookie Recipe
|1 Bag||EB Cookie Mix|
|1 Cup||Butter or Substitute|
|1 Tsp||Vanilla extract|
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In the bowl of your mixer, add vanilla, sugar blend and butter. Mix on medium speed until fluffy. Add EB flour blend and mix until incorporated. Add eggs and mix until each is fully incorporated. Stir in chocolate chips. Scoop onto cookie sheet using a 2 Tbsp. cookie scoop. Makes approximately 24 cookies.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until just turning brown. Cookies will be a little fluffy when pulled out of the oven and will flatten a bit after cooling. Don’t worry this is part of what makes them delicious! Store at room temperature.
Accidentally ate half the delicious cookies. Can’t tell they are gluten free!
